Forgot FordPass™ Password

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, access the FordPass™ Log In screen by ​​​​logging out​​​​ (if you are currently logged in) and complete the steps below. 

1. Click the Forgot? icon 
2. Enter your Username (email) in the Enter Username field.
3. Tap Submit.
4. You will receive an email with a temporary password and reset instructions.
5. Go to your email account to retrieve the temporary password.
6. After retrieving your temporary password, go back to the FordPass™ app.
7. Ensure that you are on the Reset Password screen. 
8. Enter your temporary password in the Password field.
9. Enter your new password in the Enter New Password field.
10. Confirm your new password in the Confirm Password field.
11. Tap Submit.
